First: requirements:
1.keep the main material of pump casing in good condition(same as the original pump)
2.the flange size of pump inlet and outlet and screw hole relative position accord with original designed size requirements(same as the original pump)
3.pump body mechanical seal cooling jacket and screw hole relative position accord with original designed size requirements(same as the original pump)
4.bearing support screw hole and locating pin relative position accord with original designed size requirements(same as the original pump)
5.pump casing assembly is in good condition,require the concentricity error of bearing support locating slot and impeller ring is not more than 0.05mm.
6.pump casing and pump pressure are eligible.
Second:maintenance plan:
2.1 Use the BD cleaning agent-BD755 or acetone to do the whole cleaning for pump casing,wipe off the surface stains,prevent from causing the depth of
the second degree pollution.
2.2 Do the inspection for the gypsum slurry bleed pump casing,find out the pending-repair parts,make the mark and original size data record.
2.3 Use the professed machine to do the polishing treatment for the required repairing surface,do the surface machining processing for the local positions,
if there is crack,need to punch crack-cutting hole.
2.4 Do the sand blasting treatment for the surface of pump casing,require the surface layer appears white metal itself after sand blasting,roughness should
reach to SSPC-SP5 level,it’s 50-100um.
2.5 Use the vacuum cleaner to do the full-scale dust cleaning treatment for the ring pumps.
2.6 Use BD cleaning agent-BD755 or acetone to do the cleaning for the needing-repair surface again,wipe off grease and dust,do the next working
procedure after the cleaning agent volatilization.
2.7 Use the BD406 anti corrosion resistant repair compound coating to do overall brush coating for the repairing parts,achieve the effect of
silane coupling agent.
2.8 For the defective area parts of thickness within 3mm,use the BD226 anti wear abrasion resistant coating to do repairing,for the defective area parts
of thickness more than 3mm,use the BD706 large ceramic bead particles filled abrasion wear resistant coating(detailed information from:

to do repairing,do the dimensional measurement after finishing repairing,should ensure the pump casing accord with original size.
2.9 Use the BD406 anti corrosion resistant repair putty compound coating to do the overall corrosion resistant brush coating for the pump casing after
4 hours,use the BD406 anti corrosion resistant repair coating compound to do the second time brush coating after waiting for 4 hours,the thickness of
brush coating for the 2 times should be controlled about 0.2mm,the total thickness of adding the 2 layers is between 0.35mm and 0.5mm,the direction
of brush coating forthe 2 times should be 90 degree crossover.
2.10 ensure the successful installation,safety and stability operation.
