BD7053Z is the high performance high temperature resistant,wear resistant,corrosion resistant flame retardance polymeric ceramic material
which compounded by high performance abrasion resistant,corrosion resistant materials and modified toughening inflaming retarding heat
resistant resin.It is used in the preparation of flame retardance anti wear corrosion resistant protective coating for desulfurization absorption
tower or other room temperature parts,this materials is the phosphorus-containing,non-toxic smoke-free,green environmental protection material.

How to use:
1.Surface treatment: Do coarsening treatment for the pending-repair area,polishing with angle grinder or sand blasting etc.the surface
after coarsening treatment should be cleaned,the surface after this treatment should be the one coarsening,dry and fresh substrates,
should be no greasy dirt and dust.

2.Brush coating the flame retardant prime coat,mix the special flame retardance corrosion resistant prime coat according to the specified
weight ratio and brush coating it uniformly,shoud be no leak source through inspecting after curing.

3.The preparation:Make the A and B two components of BD7053Z mix uniformly based on the specified weight ratio,and use it up
within 40 minutes,Generally it is while construction and preparation.Every time the largest preparation quantity should be not more than 2 Kg,
too much adhesive is solidified too fast,hasn’t been used up until partial adhesive has solidified and can’t be used.According to the actual temperature,the preparation can be appropriately a little more in winter,proper less in summer.If the temperature is too low,you can properly
heat up the A component to reduce viscosity for easy to configure.

4.Coating:The suitable coating thickness of BD7053Z anti corrosion wear resistant coating is 3 to 10mm,Make the mixed materials be coating
on the pending-repair area layer by layer,the adhesive layers should be compacted,make it infiltrate fully with the substrates.Repair the surface
to be smooth after the coating is coated in the suitable size.This material can’t do machining,so you should pay attention to controlling the
coating thickness to avoid appearing interference phenomenon in the assembly.

5.Curing:It can be put into using after curing for 24 hours at the temperature of 25 degree.When the temperature is below 15 degree,the
coating can’t be cured completely,should heat it up to the temperature of 100 degree after the coating initial curing and keep this temperature
for 2 to 4 hours to promote the coating fully curing  (can use the iodine tungsten lamp to do irradiation heating with 40cm distance from the

Transportation and storage:
Sealed storage in the cool and dry place. The warranty period is 1 year. Avoid placing it upside down, knocking against and transporting it
as a non-dangerous product during transportation.
