Jan.2015,during the Guotou Inner Mongolia Daban Powder Plant overhauling,found that the rubber lining inside of desulfurization system
concentric reducer is serious damaged,in order to maintaining the powder plant stabilized operation,decide to smear a layer of anti wear abrasion
corrosion resistant coating for the whole with desulfuration pipeline lining ceramic repair putty compound material after doing the partial restoration
for the damaged parts,the material is selected the BD7056 desulfuration pipe repair special lining ceramic putty compound material of Xiangyang City
Hundred Shield Coating Material Co.,Ltd.


How to use:
1.Surface treatment:Do the coarsening treatment for the pending-repair parts,(polishing with angle grinder or sand blasting etc.),then clean it by
cleaning agent,the surface after this treatment should be the one coarse,dry and fresh substrates,should be no greasy dirt and dust.


2.The preparation:Mix the A and B two components of BD7056 desulfurization pipeline liner ceramic repair putty compound material uniformly based on
weight ratio A:B=4:1,and use it up within 40 min,generally it is while construction and the preparation,each time the largest preparation quantity can’t be
more than 4Kg,too much adhesive is solidified too fast,hasn’t been used up until the partial adhesive has solidified and can’t be used,according to the actual temperature,the preparation can be properly more in winter,properly be less in summer,if the temperature is too low,can properly heat up the A component
to reduce the viscosity for easy to configure.

3.Coating:The suitable coating thickness of BD7056 desulfurization pipe lining ceramic repair putty compound is 2-8mm,should make the well mixed
material be coating on the surface of the substrates layer by layer,the coating should be compacted,make it infiltrate fully with the substrates.
Repair the surface to be smooth after the coating is coated in the suitable size,this material can’t do machining,should pay attention to controlling the
coating thickness to avoid appearing interference phenomenon in the assembly.


4.Curing:It can be put into using after curing for 24 hours at the temperature of 25 degree,when the temperature is below 15 degree,the coating can’t be
curing fully,should heat it up to the temperature of 80 degree and keep this temperature for 2 hours to promote the coating to be curing fully after the
coating initial curing,can use the iodine tungsten lamp to do irradiation heating with 40cm distance from the coating.

 Construction attention to detail:
1.Make sure that the surface treatment of the substrates should be clean,dry and coarse.

2.Make sure that the mixing ratio of the material should be accurate,the mixing ratio of liner ceramic repair putty compound which offered by
Xiangyang Hundred Shield Coating is based on equivalent of the reaction, a component of more or less will have free substance which not
participated in the reaction,the overall performance of lining ceramic repair putty material will certainly decline.

3.Make sure that the material should be stirred uniformly,non uniform material must have the place where the bad curing is,affect the overall
performance of the coating.

4.The material should be used up within the specified time or before initial curing,already initial cured material can not use any more.

5.Should be more careful during coating,the material should be coating uniformly and be compacted,should pay more attention on especially for
the corner and summer-planting place.

6.Curing,the curing time of lining ceramic repair putty compound is not the same under the different temperature,should put it into using after the liner
ceramic repair putty compound material complete curing.

7.Detection,the quality of desulfurization system protective coating project can not only judge by your naked eye,must be detected with the help
of a special instrument,should do the leak repairing construction for the parts of having problems by detecting,and test again until there is no problems.
