Anhui Jin’an Mining Industry Co.,Ltd devote themselves to iron ore mining, processing and marketing,since mine construction,the annual task is heavy,
workshop running mechanical load is big,cause the transporting pipeline and running mechanical equipment serious abrasion,every time the annual overhaul,
each equipment and machine element both have different degree of wear and abrasion.

The end of December 2016,during the overhaul of Jin’an Mining Industry grinding and separation workshop,found the system concentric reducer
internal rubber lining and vibrating screen cone canister have serious abrasion,in order to maintaining mining equipment running smoothly,decided to
use BD705 anti wear abrasion corrosion resistant coating to do partial repairing of abrasion parts from various equipment machine element,
after that do a layer of anti wear corrosion resistant coatings for the whole.

construction process:
1.surface treatment:First clean up rusting,dirt and other impurities on the surface of the substrate,then do the sand blasting,polishing and and
other coarsening treatment,clean it with cleaning agent and dry it by airing,make the construction part be clean, dry and no pollution,in order to
achieve the ideal bonding effect.

2.The preparation of anti wear abrasion resistant coating:
Make BD705 anti corrosion abrasion wear resistant coating mix uniformly according to mixing weight ratio A:B=4:1,blade coating on the surface of
handle well substrates,the coating should be compacted along a single direction,avoid appearing holes,the suitable coating thickness of BD705 is 2-8mm,
the largest thickness can reach to 30mm,should make the mixed-well materials be coating on the pending-repair part layer by layer,the first layer should be compacted,make it infiltrate fully with the substrates.Repair the surface to be smooth after the coating is coated in the suitable size.

3.Curing:The equipment can be put into using after curing for 24 hours at room temperature(complete curing: 24 hours at room temperature 25 degree),
if the temperature is low,should heat it up or prolong curing time to promote the curing.

Summary:
We use the total of 4000 Kg wear abrasion resistant coating materials for repairing Jin’an Mining Industry equipment this time,according to previous
construction experience and feedback statistics,is expected to the service life of the equipment repair parts in more than five years.
