The BD408 high temperature flakes anti heat anti wear anti chemical corrosion resistant coatings compounded by various high performance corrosion resistant materials,glass flake and modified toughening resin to give rise to the copolymerization to form the interpenetrating network structure and generate the synergistic effect. In this way, it effectively improves the corrosion resistant of polymers. It is widely used in preparation of the corrosion resistant coating for the surface of machine parts of suffering from the corrosion under 100℃. This product doesn’t contain any organic solvent,and the curing has no any microcosmic pores. it can effectively avoid the medium immersing through solvent evaporation pores to cause under-film corrosion.
How to use:
1.Surface treatment: Sand blasting or grinding&coarsening the surface of the machine parts with angle grinder, and then clean it with the cleaning agent to remove the dust, greasy dirt and moisture on the substrate surface,make the surface present the clean and fresh substrates.
2.Priming: Fill up and dense the air holes, the pitted faces and the grooves on the working surface with the corrosion resistant daub, and then make the mixing uniformly BD407 anti chemical anti heat corrosion resistant coating brush coating on the bottom layer as the undercoat.
3.Coating(BD408): After the bottom layer of BD407 anti heat anti corrosion chemical resistant coating initial curing,then make the mixing uniformly BD408 scale corrosion resistant coatings scrape coating on the undercoat in one direction and layer by layer.The next scale corrosion resistant adhesive layer cannot be scraped until the last one has initial cured.
4.Topcoat: After the last layer of BD408 high temperature flakes corrosion resistant protective coating initial curing, and then brush coating it with the BD407 corrosion resistant heat resistant chemical resistant coatings as the surface layer.
5.Curing: it can be put into using to cure for 24 hours at the temperature of 25～30℃.It can’t be cured fully,if the temperature is below 15℃,should heat it up (bake with the iodine-tungsten lamp or heat with electric hair dryer) to the temperature of 60～80℃,then keep this temperature for 2 hours to promote the adhesive layer curing fully.
