BD7011 heavy medium wear resistant coating adhesive is the high performance wear&corrosion resistant material compounded by high
performance wear resistant material and modified toughening resin.Widely used in repairing various heavy medium wear-out part and
preparation of wear resistant coatings on the surface of various machine part which has wear resistant,corrosion resistant requirements.

how to use of BD7011 anti heat anti abrasion anti impact chemical resistant coatings for slurry pump pipeline protection:
1.Surface treatment:Do coarsening treatment on the pending-repair part, grinding with angle grinder or sand blasting etc, the surface after
coarsening treatment should be cleaned,the surface after this treatment should be the one coarsening,dry and fresh substrates,
should be no greasy dirt and dust.
2.Configuration: Should heat the B component up to 50 degree first(also need heating the A component properly in winter),
make A and B two components mix uniformly according to weight ratio 4:1,generally it’s while construction and configuration,
don’t configure too much adhesive every time,too much adhesive is not easy to mix uniformly.
3.Coating: The suitable coating thickness of BD7011 is 5~20mm,make the proportioned adhesive blade coating on the
metal substrates repeatedly,make the base material wet up the substrates,then make the mixed-up material press coating
on the pending-repair part.After the coating is coated on the required size, blade coating towards a single direction to make
the surface be smooth,should pay attention to controlling the coating thickness during repairing,in order to avoid appearing
interference phenomenon in the assembly.
4.Curing condition: Heat up to 80 degree slowly and keep this temperature for 2 hours,and it can full cure for heating up to 120 degree
and keeping this temperature for 2 hours.
