how to use of our BD7024 slurry pump pipes anti heat anti impact abrasion resistant repair paste epoxy coatings:
1.Surface treatment:Do coarsening treatment on the pending-repair part, grinding with angle grinder or sand blasting etc, the surface after coarsening treatment should be cleaned,the surface after this treatment should be the one coarsening,dry and fresh substrates,should be no greasy dirt and dust.

2.Preparation:Should heat up the B component to the temperature of 50 degree first,then make the A, B two components mix uniformly according to the weight ratio 5:1,and use it up within 40 min.Generally it’s while construction and configuration,every time the most configuration quantity is not more than 1.5Kg,too much adhesive is solidified too fast,haven’t used up until the adhesive has partial solidified and can’t be used.According to the actual temperature,distribution can be properly a little more in winter and proper less in summer,if the temperature is too low,can heat up the A component properly to reduce the viscosity for easy to configure.

3.Coating:The suitable coating thickness of BD7024 heat impact wear resistant slurry pump pipe epoxy paste coating is 8~30mm,first make the proportioned adhesive blade coating on the metal substrates repeatedly,make the base material wet up the substrates,then make the mixed-up material press coating on the pending-repair part,the adhesive layer should be compacted.After the coating is coated on the required size,blade coating towards a single direction to make the surface be smooth and run over the adhesive cement,make the surface be smooth,should pay attention to controlling the coating thickness during repairing,in order to avoid appearing interference phenomenon in the assembly.

4.Curing condition: Cure for 8 hours at the temperature of 25 degree(after initial curing),it can full cure for heating it up to the temperature of 120 degree and keeping this temperature for 3 hours.If the temperature is low,should take heating measure to complete initial curing.
