How to use of our BD7031 alumina plants slurry pump pipes anti impact heat resistant ceramic particle filling epoxy compound paste coating:
1.Surface treatment:Do coarsening treatment on the pending-repair part, grinding with angle grinder or sand blasting etc, the surface after coarsening treatment should be cleaned,the surface after this treatment should be the one coarsening,dry and fresh substrates,should be no greasy dirt and dust.
2.Preparation:Should heat up the B component to the temperature of 50 degree first(also need heating the A component properly in winter),make A and B two components mix uniformly according to weight ratio 4:1,generally it’s while construction and configuration,don’t configure too much adhesive every time,too much adhesive is not easy to mix uniformly.
3.Coating:The suitable coating thickness of BD7031 alumina plants slurry pump pipeline anti wear corrosion resistant ceramic particle filled epoxy paste coating is 5~20mm,make the proportioned adhesive blade coating on the metal substrate repeatedly,make the base material wet up the substrates,then make the mixed-up material press coating on the pending-repair part.After the coating is coated on the required size,blade coating towards a single direction to make the surface be smooth,should pay attention to controlling the coating thickness during repairing,in order to avoid appearing interference phenomenon in the assembly.
4.Curing condition: Heat up to the temperature of 80 degree slowly and keep this temperature for 2 hours,then it can full cure for heating up to the 120 degree and keeping this temperature for 2 hours.
