It is the high performance wear & corrosion polymerization ceramic material compounded by various high performance wear resistant,
corrosion resistant material(such as ceramic,silicon carbide,carborundum,titanium alloy) and modified toughening resin.
Used in repairing various pump,valve,pipeline,heat exchanger end plate and blade of suffering from corrosion,
can also be used in equipment large area corrosion resistant pre-protection.Especially suitable for the preparation of corrosion resistant
coatings in the power plant desulfuration system(such as:absorption tower,slurry agitation tank,concentric reducer,slurry pipeline etc.),
can also be used as the undercoat and topcoat of wear resistant coating.

how to use of our BD401 high temperature chemical impact abrasion corrosion resistant protective coating:
1.Surface treatment:Do coarsening treatment on the pending-repair part(grinding with angle grinder or sand blasting etc.),
the surface after coarsening treatment should be cleaned by cleaning agent,then dry it by airing.

2.Configuration: According to the mass ratio A:B=8:1 or volume ratio A:B=5.5:1,make A and B two components of BD401 impact corrosion
resistant coating(desulfuration special) mix uniformly,then use it up within specified operation time limit.

3.Coating: According to criss cross method,make the mixed-up material smear onto the pending-repair part for 2 times,the thickness of
adhesive layer had better be 0.2-0.5mm.The adhesive layer should be compacted,make it fully infiltrates with the substrates.
For large area protection,can brush for 2~3 times according to the actual condition.

4.Curing:Cure for 24 hours at the temperature of 25 degree before putting into use,if the temperature is below 10 degree,
should heat it up or prolong curing time to promote the curing.General construction in winter,you can use iodine tungsten lamp
do irradiation heating with 40cm distance from the coating.
