Product description:
BD403 reactor still repair putty compound is the high performance wear abrasion resistant,corrosion resistant polymeric material
which compounded by various high performance abrasion wear resistant,corrosion resistant material(like:ceramic,silicon carbide,
carborundum,titanium alloy) and modified toughening heat resistant resin.Specially used in the damaged repairing and protecting of
reactor still lining,can resist the erosion and erosive wear of acid (contain hydrofluoric acid),alkali and other materials effectively.
How to use:
1.Surface treatment:Do the rust cleaning and coarsening treatment for the pending-repair parts,
then clean it with cleaning agent.

2.Preparation:Make A and B two components of BD403 reactor still repair putty compound mix
uniformly according to the weight ratio A:B=5:1 or volume ratio A:B=4:1,and use it up within
the specified operation time limit.

3.Coating:Make the well-mixed material be coating on the pending-repair parts layer by layer,the first layer should be compacted,
make it infiltrate fully with the substrates.Repair the surface to be smooth after the coating spreading in the suitable size.

4.Curing:It can be put into using after curing for 24 hours at the temperature of 25-30 degree,if the
temperature is low,should heat it up or prolong curing time to promote the curing.

Packaging specification:
Two-component,400g/set,10 sets/carton.

Transportation storage:
Sealed storage in the cool and dry place.The warranty period is 12 months.Avoid placing it upside down, knocking against and transporting it
as a non-dangerous product during transportation.
