BD909 Polyurethane tackify wear resistant epoxy first coat liquid rubber coating

Product features of BD909 polyurethane viscous abrasion resistant first coat rubber
liquid epoxy coatings:

BD909 polyurethane viscous epoxy first coat is the material which enhance the bonding strength for castable polyurethane
material, adhesive and other substrates. Its performance is far more superior than the current domestic commonly used
Lekena first coat, the actual use effect is equivalent to imported first coat products. The viscosity is low,
the dosage is economical,film-forming thickness has no strict requirements,operation technology is simple.

How to use of BD909 wear resistant viscous polyurethane liquid rubber coating
epoxy resin first coat:

Make the first coat be brush coating on the surface of pending bonding workpiece,it can configure adhesive for
bonding after drying it by air for 1-2 hours at room temperature,if it needs higher strength,the workpiece of
brush coating with first coat should be heated up to the temperature of 120 degree and kept the temperature
for 2 hours after drying it by air for 30 min at room temperature,do the preparation of adhesive for bonding
after the workpiece cooling down to the room temperature.
