Mainly used in the wear repairing and pre-protecting of slurry circulating pump impeller,body case,slurry stirring paddle etc.

How to use:
1.Surface treatment: Do coarsening treatment on the pending-repair area, grinding with angle grinder or sand blasting and so on,
the surface after coarsening treatment should be cleaned,the surface after this treatment should be the one coarsening,dry and
fresh substrates,should be no greasy dirt and dust.

2.Preparation:According to the mixing weight ratio A:B=5:1, make A and B two components of BD772 silicon carbide coatings
mix uniformly,and use it up within 30 min.Generally it’s while construction and configuration.Every time the most configuration
quantity is not more than 2Kg,too much adhesive is solidified too fast,hasn’t been used up until partial adhesive has solidified and
can’t be used.According to the actual temperature,configuration can be appropriately a little more in winter,proper less in summer.
If the temperature is too low,you can properly heat up the A component to reduce viscosity for easy to configure.

3.Coating: the suitable coating thickness of BD772 silicon carbide coatings is 2-15mm,the most thickness can be 30mm.
Make the mixed-up material spread coating on the pending-repair area layer by layer, the first layer should be compacted,
make it infiltrate fully with the substrates.Repair the surface to be smooth after the coating is coated in the suitable size,
or use low viscosity abrasion resistant adhesives to smear the surface of the coatings.This material can do machining,
if there is out of tolerance,you can do milling and grinding process.

4.Curing: It can be put into using after curing for 24 hours at the temperature of 25 degree.When the temperature is below 15 degree,
the coatings can’t cure completely,should heat it up to the temperature of 80℃ and keep this temperature for 2 hours to promote the
coatings fully curing after the coating initial curing (can use the iodine tungsten lamp to do irradiation heating with 40cm distance
from the coating.

Packaging specification:
Our common packaging:Two-component,10kg/group,packed in a plastic drum,mixing weight ratio A:B=5:1

Transportation and storage:
Sealed storage in the cool and dry place. The warranty period is 12 months.
Avoid placing it upside down, knocking against and transporting it as a non-dangerous product during transportation.

Special version:
1.This parameter is for laboratory conditions,due to the actual working condition is more complex,suggest the users to do the
pretest according to actual working condition.

2.When the environment temperature is below 15℃,the curing time will prolong,should take proper heating measure.

3.When the environment temperature is more than 25℃ or the mixing quantity is too large,the curing speed will expedite,
should properly shorten the application time of coating after mixing.

Construction protective measures:
1.Wear the protective masks,wear the protective glasses and rubber gloves
2.Need washing hands with soap before eating,drinking or smoking.
3.The health hazard after touching: a few people will have skin allergy phenomenon,see a doctor in time and avoid touching with
this product again.should wipe it with ethyl acetate when the sizing material paste on the skin by careless,then wash it with clear water.
Should wash it with clear water immediately and see a doctor when splashing into the eyes by careless.

Warm Prompt:
Residual adhesive solution cured products are non-toxic harmless organic solid,but maybe it will produce poisonous gas when
burning,non-professional personnel can not do combustion disposal,should be sent to garbage power plant or garbage burning
place treatment.

Fire prevention measures:
Should choose dry powder to extinguish fire,can cover and flap it with dry powder,grit(the construction using abrasive) or the
non chemical fiber fabric when the sizing material catching fire.
