BD7092 fan impeller special high teperature abrasion wear resistant coating is the high performance abrasion resistant and corrosion resistant polymeric ceramic material which compounded by high performance wear resistant material,polyurethane modified epoxy resin and high
temperature curing agent.It is exclusively used in repairing and pre-protecting of fan impeller high speed revolution abrasion parts.

Product features:

How to use:
1.Surface treatment:Do coarsening treatment on the pending-repair area,grinding with angle grinder or sand blasting and so on, the surface
after coarsening treatment should be cleaned,the surface after this treatment should be the one coarsening,dry and fresh substrates,should be
no greasy dirt and dust.

2.The preparation of BD4262 high temperature prime coat and spread coating on the surface of pending-repair parts.

3.The preparation of BD7092:Make the A and B two components mix uniformly according to the weight ratio A:B=3:1,and use it up within 30 min,Generally it’s while construction and preparation.Every time the largest preparation quantity is not more than 4Kg,too much adhesive is
solidified too fast,hasn’t been used up until partial adhesive has solidified and can’t be used. According to the actual temperature,configuration
can be appropriately a little more in winter,proper less in summer.If the temperature is too low,you can properly heat up the A component to
reduce viscosity for easy to configure.

4.Coating:The suitable coating thickness of BD7092 is 3-6mm,should make the well mixed material be coating on the pending-repair parts
layer by layer,the first layer should be compacted, make it infiltrate fully with the substrates.Repair the surface to be smooth after the coating
is coated in the suitable size,if it has high surface requirement,can use BD426 anti corrosion resistant repair agent to be coating on the surface
as the topcoat.This material can not do machining,so you should pay attention to controlling the coating thickness to avoid appearing interference phenomenon in the assembly.

Curing:It can be put into using after curing for 24 hours at the temperature of 25 deg C,(If you can heat it up to the temperature of 80 deg C
and keep this temperature for 2 hours, in this way,can improve 30% comprehensive performance) If the temperature is below 10 deg C,
should heat it up or prolong curing time to promote the curing.General construction in winter,can use iodine tungsten lamp to do irradiation
heating with 40cm distance from the coating.

Transportation storage
Sealed storage in the cool and dry place.The warranty period is 12 months.Avoid placing it upside down, knocking against and transporting it
as a non-dangerous product during transportation.

Packaging specification
Two components,10Kg/group; packed in a plastic drum. A component: 8Kg/drum, B component: 2Kg/drum.
