1.Cleaning up and preparation:
Clean up the residual filling material of the cone surface,or greasy dirt and dirt from the parts where touch with adhesive,
Fit up the cone and lining plate,seal up the cone/liner plate fitting surface and ring hole with adhesive tape etc,to avoid leaking
adhesive,in necessity,protect the screw thread on the axis,when using in winter,you had better heat up the A component to the
temperature of 30-40 degree separately to reduce viscosity for easy to pour before using.For ease of disassembly next time,
the cone and lining plate surface can precoat proper engine oil or mold release agent.

2.Configure adhesive:
Open the A component of BD65 crusher anti abrasion wear corrosion resistant repair epoxy adhesive backing compound,
stir it for 2 minutes with the electric blender,then make the B component pour into the A component drum at the same time stir
it with the electric blender,general stirring time is not more than 4 minutes,can make it mix uniformly.
Operation time:The total time from start mixing to finish filling is not more than 15 minutes(the data for 25 degree temperature)

3.Pouring:
Make the mixed-up BD65 crusher rubber lining pipeline repair epoxy compound backing adhesive solution pour into it along the cone
or a place of lining plate crack,easy to exhaust,in necessity,can make a cofferdam guide with plasticine etc,until overflow from the top
of crack.Don’t pour into the adhesive without mixing uniformly(with different colors).Perfusion therolling mortar wall,
before broken wall,remember to smear a layer of lubricating oil on the surface of adjusting sleeve body touching with filling material,
for easy to change the lining plate.

4.Curing:
Place to cure for 12-24 hours at room temperature,the equipment can start up for running,when the temperature is too low in winter
(below 5 degree temperature),should heat up the pouring material to the temperature of 60-80 degree slowly after pouring,and keep
this temperature for 2 hours,after cooling it down slowly,it can be put into using.
