Product description:
BD4261 slurry pump repair special prime coating is the high performance abrasion resistant and corrosion resistant polymeric ceramic
material which compounded by various high performance wear resistant,corrosion resistant materials(such as:ceramic,silicon carbide,
carborundum and titanium alloy etc.) and modified toughening heat resistant resin.It is used as the special prime coat for BD series
abrasion resistant coatings.

How to use:
1.Surface treatment:Clean up the dust and grease dirt etc.on the surface of pending-repair parts,grinding with angle grinder and sand
blasting etc,clean it with cleaning agent and dry it by airing.

2.The preparation of prime coating:Make A and B two components of BD4261 pump repairing special prime coat mix uniformly according to
the weight ratio A:B=3:1,and use it up within the specified operation time limit.

3.Coating:Make the well mixed materials be coating on the pending-repair parts uniformly,the suitable coating thickness is 0.2-0.5mm,
make it fully infiltrates with the substrates.

Transportation and storage:
Sealed storage in the cool and dry place. The warranty period is 12 months.Avoid placing it upside down, knocking against and transporting
it as a non-dangerous product during transportation.
