BD407 high temperature anti corrosion chemical resistant epoxy compound coating
used in new hydrochloric acid tank rubber ceramic lining repairing and protecting
1.First clean up rusting,dirt etc.impurity on the inner wall of storage tank,and do the sand blasting,polishing etc.roughening treatment,
clean it by cleaning agent and dry it by airing.make the inner surface of tank body be clean,dry,without pollution and rough,to enhance the
bonding strength between coating and substrates.
2.According to the mass ratio A:B=4:1,make the BD407 high temperature anti chemical corrosion resistant coating mix uniformly,
smear it on the inner wall of tank body uniformly,the coating should be compacted,avoid appearing holes,according to the method of crisscross
smear a layer of coating for both crosswise direction and vertical direction,the suitable thickness for each layer is 0.5-1mm.
3.After the second layer BD407 high temperature anti corrosion chemical resistant coating initial curing,according to the mass ratio A:B=4:1,
make the BD408 high temperature flakes anti chemical corrosion resistant epoxy coating mix uniformly,and smear it on the surface of BD407
anti corrosion resistant coating,the coating should be compacted along one direction,avoid appearing holes,the suitable thickness for each layer is 1-2mm.
4.After the BD408 flakes anti corrosion resistant epoxy coating initial curing,blade coating a layer of BD705 anti abrasion wear corrosion resistant coating
on its surface,the thickness is about 3mm.
5.After finishing smearing anti corrosion abrasion wear resistant coating,the coating can be complete curing after placing for 24 hours at room temperature.
1.Every time the suitable adhesive preparation quantity is not more than 2Kg,use it up within 30 min for the well mixed adhesive,to avoid causing
waste of adhesive curing
2.You should mix them uniformly when mixing,the coating should be compacted when smearing,avoid appearing bubble,cause appearing holes after
the adhesive curing.
3.When the temperature is low,you can heat up A component in water bath separately to reduce the viscosity first,in order to mixing adhesive.
4.When the temperature is below 15 degree,you can heat it up to the temperature of 60-80 degree and keep this temperature for 2 hours to promote
the coating complete curing after the coating initial curing.
