Product description of BD105 heat conduction wear resistant one component epoxy coatings:
It’s the thermal conductivity structural adhesive which taken advantage of the atomic and molecular structures
feature in terms of heat conduction and the bonding performance of high molecular material to do the effective optimization,
recombination and configuration.

Widely used in bonding among needing heat conduction parts in the military industry,high-tech products.Such as applied to hot electron device,pyroelectric sensor,new type power supply,electronic equipment,
thermal measurement,refrigeration equipment etc.
Heat it up to the temperature of 120 degree and keep this temperature for 30 min after smearing the adhesive

How to use:
1.Should keep the pending-bonding surface be clean and dry before bonding
2.Make the mixed-uniform adhesive be coating on the pending-bonding surface,or drop the adhesive onto the
needing-bonding parts with dispensing controller.
3.The workpiece after smearing the adhesive should be heated up to the temperature of 120 degree and kept
this temperature for 30 min.
1.The product warranty period is 4 months under the temperature of 25 degree.
2.Sealing for storage in a cool and dry environment,transport it as a non-dangerous product.
3.This product is a non-dangerous product,but don’t make it touch with mouth and eyes,the allergic constitution
should use it more carefully.
