BD7013 slurry pump repair materials is the high performance abrasion resistant corrosion resistant material which compounded
by high performance wear resistant materials and modified toughening resin.Two-components,gray paste,large particles,heat for curing.This product is the upgrade product of BD7011,the abrasion resistant
performance is 30% higher than the BD7011.Used in repairing of mine slurry pump and other equipment of suffering from
serious erosive wear.

How to use:
1.Surface treatment: Do coarsening treatment on the pending-repair area, grinding with angle grinder or sand blasting and so on, the surface after coarsening treatment should be cleaned,
the surface after this treatment should be the one coarsening,dry and fresh substrates,should be no greasy dirt and dust.

Preparation: According to the weight ratio 4:1, make the A and B components mix uniformly(when the temperature is low,
the viscosity of BD7013 is high,it’s not suitable to mix uniformly,you should heat up the A and B components separately first,
then mix them uniformly.

Coating: the suitable coating thickness of BD7013 is 4-20mm,make the proportioned adhesives blade coating on the metal substrates repeatedly,make the base material wet up the
substrates,then make the mixed-up material press coating on the pending-repair area repeatedly.After the coating is coated to the required size,pat it to be solid first,then blade coating towards a single
direction to make the surface be smooth,should pay attention to controlling the coating thickness during repairing,in order to
avoid appearing interference phenomenon in the assembly.Generally in the process of repairing the pump case,place the pump
case to be flat first,make the bottom half of the pump except the circle arc repair well,after heating it for initial curing,turn over
the pump case,make the other side repair well,heat it to make it initial curing,then put the pump case upright,repair it layer by layer,
we should repair the next section after the previous section initial curing,do the curing in the end,make the layup be compacted
and repair it to be smooth.

Curing condition:Place it for 8 hours at the temperature of 25 degree for initial curing,heat it up to the temperature of 80 degree
slowly and keep this temperature for 2 hours,then heat it up to the temperature of 120 degree and keep this temperature for 2
hours.Cool it down to the room temperature slowly.
